As the use of internal DMZ’s began to propagate throughout our environment some confusion arose regarding ports needing to be opened back to the core server. I felt this document would help to alleviate this unnecessary need for additional work by way of the CSA.”
Ivanti clients in a DMZ, at home, coffee shop, etc will communicate via the CSA (Cloud Service Appliance) for Endpoint Management. Communication is achieved over port 443. Here is an example below of our test results and failover.
